The Luzia Collective is a communal group of female coffee farmers based in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. The collective focuses on producing high-quality, traceable coffee while promoting sustainable and inclusive growth for women in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
The collective operates as part of the Donas do Café initiative, which is led by SMC Specialty Coffee. Their work is centered on creating social impact and regional development through the production of consistent, specialty-grade coffee.
