Elixr Coffee Roasters was established in 2010 by Evan Inatome and Winston Justice, a former professional athlete. Since its inception, the company has evolved from a single location in Center City, Philadelphia, into a multi-state operation with cafes in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and the Philadelphia International Airport.
