Jigesa

The story

Jigesa is a coffee station located in the remote mountains of the Guji Zone in Oromia, Ethiopia. It serves as a central collection point for smallholder producers in the surrounding area who deliver their harvested cherries to the station for processing.

The station utilizes parabolic plastic covers during the drying process to protect the parchment and ensure gradual, even moisture reduction.
