The story
La Pachuca is managed by Roberto Mata, a coffee industry veteran with nearly 50 years of experience. In 2018, Mata launched a family-owned operation called M+M Pura Vida alongside his wife and children to process and market coffee from their collection of small farms in the Tarrazú region.

The farm utilizes the M+M Pura Vida family-owned operation to process and market its own coffee, and Roberto Mata is recognized as a pioneer in sustainable coffee farming.
