Fabio and Sandra Isabel Caballero, Marysabel Caballero, and Moisés Herrera
Marysabel Caballero and Moisés Herrera are highly respected coffee producers based in Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras. Marysabel is a third-generation coffee farmer who manages the farm operations and personnel, while Moisés, an engineer by background, oversees the processing mill and technical innovations. Together, they operate a collection of farms, including the renowned Finca El Puente, and are recognized for their commitment to quality, community, and environmental responsibility.

Marysabel returned to coffee production despite her father's initial opposition, eventually taking over the family farms. Moisés, originally from Guatemala, arrived in Honduras for work as an accountant and became involved in coffee after discovering a passion for the industry. The couple faced significant challenges in the early 2000s, nearly losing their business, but they persevered to become some of the most decorated producers in Honduras.
