FRINJ Coffee is a pioneering seed-to-cup company based in California that specializes in producing terroir-driven, high-quality coffee. Founded by farmer and agronomist Jay Ruskey, the company manages an integrated supply chain that supports a network of Southern California coffee farms.

In 2002, Jay Ruskey partnered with UC Farm Advisor Dr. Mark Gaskell to plant the first commercial coffee trees in California at his farm, Good Land Organics. Following this success, Ruskey co-founded FRINJ Coffee in 2017 alongside Andy Mullins, Juan Medrano, and Lindsey Mesta to scale the industry. The company now provides specialized services, breeding programs, and processing support to over 70 coffee farms across Southern California.
