Yacuri farm is a coffee production site located on the Amazon-facing slopes near Yacuri National Park in southern Ecuador. It is one of three farms operated by Juan Peña under the CafExporto system, which emphasizes data-driven, controlled standards from seed to export.
History
Yacuri was established as a newer venture by Juan Peña to expand his coffee production beyond his original farm, Hacienda La Papaya. The farm utilizes the same meticulous processing and fermentation techniques that have defined Peña's work in the region.
