History

Virgilio Perez began the farm in 1957 by planting coffee around his home to utilize the favorable local conditions. By 2017, the management of the farm had transitioned to Ernesto and Jorge Perez. The farm is situated at high altitudes ranging from 1443 to 1900 meters above sea level.
