History

Higinio and Aura Gómez purchased their first plot of land in 1988 using savings from tomato cultivation. Over the decades, they expanded the farm into multiple parcels, including Cerro de Oro, El Potrero, La Camioneta, and La Posa. They have since pioneered coffee production in the micro-climates of the Sierra de las Minas region.
