The story

The Chevas family legacy began in the 1970s when Luis Victor Chevas purchased his first property in Alto Chiquero, Boquete, initially focusing on large-scale agriculture like potatoes and onions. In 2016, his grandson José Luis Chevas founded the Chevas Coffee Estate, transitioning the family land toward high-end specialty coffee production. The estate now encompasses three distinct farm locations in Boquete: Alto Chiquero, El Salto, and Alto Quiel.
