The story
Located in Três Pontas in the Sul de Minas region, Fazenda Caxambu is currently led by Carmen Lúcia Chaves de Brito, known as Usha. The farm's name is derived from African and Indigenous traditions, meaning 'music box' and referencing historical communication drums. The estate has been a significant influence in Brazilian specialty coffee for nearly two decades, with a strong focus on regenerative agriculture.
