Fazenda IP

The story

Fazenda IP was established in 1967 when Isidro Pereira purchased the land. Five years later, his son Luiz Paulo Dias Pereira joined him to manage the farm, and in 1974, they initiated an expansion plan that significantly increased the farm's agricultural land. Today, the farm is managed by Luiz Paulo, who has continued to develop the estate's specialty coffee production.

Innovations

The farm has invested in its own processing facilities, including the acquisition of de-pulping machinery, and has focused on studying new methods for processing specialty coffee.
