The story

Kambarare is a farm located in the Kirinyaga region of Kenya owned by Gerald Njagi. The farm has gained recognition for producing high-scoring lots that are featured by specialty roasters.

Innovations

The farm utilizes a meticulous washed process involving hand-sorting, floating, dry fermentation in darkness for 18-20 hours, and a secondary 24-hour dry fermentation period. Drying is conducted on raised beds under shade nets to reach specific moisture targets.
