La Victoria Estate is a historic farm in Boquete, Panama, that has been operated by the Lamastus family for over a century. It was established around 1918, roughly the same time as the family's flagship property, Elida Estate. The farm has served as a long-standing companion to the Lamastus family's coffee operations in the region.

The farm utilizes specialized processing techniques such as Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) and benefits from a collaborative processing arrangement with the neighboring Elida Estate, where cherries are transported for meticulous drying on concrete patios.
