The story

Savage Coffees was founded by Jamison Savage, an American who left a career in finance to pursue coffee production in Panama. After a five-year period of deliberation and preparation, the Savage family relocated to Panama in 2008 to begin their new venture. The brand operates as a collaborative project involving boutique coffee producers across the Boquete and Volcan regions.

Challenges

The farm operates in a remote, high-altitude environment in the Chiriquí highlands, requiring significant logistical management to maintain production standards.
