He operates Finca El Diviso, a farm that has become a key supplier for specialty roasters and baristas competing on the world stage.
History
Approximately five years ago, Nestor and Adrian transitioned their family farm from commodity coffee production to a focus on specialty coffee and experimental processing. They collaborated with CATA Export to refine their fermentation protocols and establish direct trade links to international markets. Today, the farm is recognized as a hub for innovation and high-quality microlots.
