Pedro Moss and Katarina are coffee producers based in Boquete, Panama, who operate the La Huella brand and Cafe de Panama. They manage their own farm, Finca Kristina, and operate a micro-mill and roastery facility known as Alpha 1 in El Frances, Boquete.
History
Pedro and Katarina began their journey in the coffee industry in 2011 when they invested in a small coffee farm on the slopes of Volcano Baru. In 2020, they expanded their operations by partnering with Nika and Jernej to establish a La Huella branch in the European Union.
