Pepe Jijón has established himself as an award-winning producer in Ecuador, known for his work at farms like Finca Soledad. In 2024, he partnered with his son Jose and Francisco Vintimilla to launch Fincas del Putushio, a farm located at 2,222 meters above sea level in the Loja region. The project emphasizes high-altitude production and the exploration of unique microclimates.
