Pepe Jijon
Pepe Jijón is an Ecuadorian specialty coffee producer and the owner of Finca Soledad, a biodynamic and organic farm located in the Imbabura province. Born in 1974, he is a psychologist by training who transitioned into coffee production to focus on ecological sustainability and regional development.

Pepe Jijón previously worked in mountaineering and exploration before purchasing the four-hectare Finca Soledad property in 2010. After being introduced to coffee, he shifted his focus to specialty production and has since led reforestation efforts on his land, planting approximately 25,000 trees.
