In 1998, the couple transitioned into roasting, establishing their first production facility in a one-room log cabin located at a mile-high elevation on Quinn Creek. Today, the company operates from a 15-acre homestead near Bozeman Pass, a site historically significant as part of the route taken by Sacajawea and William Clark in 1806.
