El Nevado is a coffee farm located in the Inkawasi region of Cusco, Peru, managed by producer Marlene Rojas Pereira. The farm has gained recognition for its high-quality production, with roasters noting that Rojas's coffee was among the first they explored in the Santa Teresa area. Her work has contributed to the growing reputation of the Cusco region for producing exceptional, high-altitude specialty coffee.
