El Nogal
The story
El Nogal is a small 1.5-hectare farm located near the town of El Tabor in the municipality of Inzá, Cauca. It is owned and operated by Gloria Gómez, a lifelong resident of the area and a member of the prominent local Gómez family.
Challenges
The farm is situated in steep, hilly terrain, which is characteristic of the region and presents logistical difficulties for coffee production.
