The story

Finca Aurora is a family-owned estate managed by a family with a long history of coffee cultivation in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. The farm is situated in the Café Pluma Hidalgo region, an area established for coffee production over 200 years ago. It is currently operated under La Aurora Brands S.A. de C.V.
