The story

Finca Brisa is managed by producer Eduar Moriones Garcia. The farm is located in the El Recreó area of El Pital, Huila, and represents a new partnership for roasters beginning in 2025.

Innovations

The farm utilizes a specific processing protocol involving a 24-hour cherry hold, followed by a 48-hour dry fermentation in parchment after de-pulping, and a 20-25 day drying period on raised beds.
