Finca Chelín

The story

Founded in 1896, Finca Chelín had been unoccupied and unfarmed for almost a decade when Enrique López acquired it. He restored roads and a deteriorated washing station, retained mature shade trees and planted additional varieties including Geisha.

Intelligentsia reports extensive experimentation with fermentation, washing and drying at Finca Chelín, with 22 post-harvest processes under management when its origin profile was published. The exact Honey Geisha release uses a honey process.
