The story

Finca El Rosal is a family-run farm located in Urrao, Antioquia, Colombia. It is currently managed by Yesica Moreno, a second-generation producer who inherited the farm and has since expanded it into a professionalized business with 17 years of coffee-growing experience.

The farm operates on a small scale of approximately 2.5 hectares, requiring precise management of labor and processing to maintain specialty quality.

Innovations

The farm utilizes an extended 84-hour fermentation process in mucilage and rigorous quality control measures, such as floating cherries to remove defects before processing.
