Finca Tijuana

The story

Finca Tijuana is owned by Lubier Beltran, a second-generation coffee producer who grew up working on his family's farm. After marrying, he purchased the land to establish his own operation. The farm is currently in its fourth year of production.

Challenges

The farm operates on a small scale, consisting of five total hectares with three hectares currently planted with coffee.

Innovations

The farm focuses on the cultivation of the Pink Bourbon variety, which is genetically identified as an Ethiopian Landrace.
