Gerbota is a coffee site located in the Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The site began its partnership with international roasters as of 2025.

Innovations

The site utilizes a specific processing protocol involving hand-picking at peak ripeness, floating to remove defects, density separation, 36-hour underwater fermentation, and drying on raised beds for 10–14 days.
