Kape'tenango

The story

Mauricio Rosales established Kape'tenango inside La Maravilla to trial varieties and processing approaches. La Maravilla was founded in 1997 by Mauricio and his father, who developed roads, drying patios and a wet mill on a once remote plot.

Experimental area for new coffee varieties and techniques; the documented H1 release is washed and dried on raised beds.
