The story

Reina de Saba is a coffee farming project established by Alejandro Renjifo, a prominent figure in the Colombian specialty coffee industry. Renjifo, who is also a well-known exporter, began this personal farming venture to focus on high-quality production in the San Agustín region.

Innovations

The farm utilizes a meticulous processing protocol that includes floating cherries to remove defects, de-pulping on the day of harvest, and an extended 30-day drying period on raised beds.
