Ruronzi

The story

Ruronzi is a coffee farm located in the Karongi district of Rwanda. The farm represents a new chapter in the country's coffee story, managed by Laetitia and Uzziel, who have collaborated with international coffee partners for nearly two decades.

The farm operates within a region shaped by profound historical loss and the ongoing technical demands of Rwandan coffee production.

Innovations

The farm utilizes a distinctive natural processing method that incorporates 120 hours of controlled anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying on raised beds.
