The story
The history of Sítio Santa Marta is deeply rooted in a multi-generational family tradition of coffee farming. The current generation grew up surrounded by coffee trees on the historic Cafarnaum Farm located in Pedralva, Minas Gerais, before establishing their own operation.
Innovations
The farm utilizes intercropping techniques, growing coffee alongside olives and bananas. Additionally, they have integrated an apiary on the property to support pollination.
