Abel Salinas is a first-generation coffee producer based in Saraguro, Loja, Ecuador. He is recognized as a key figure in the development of Saraguro as a specialty coffee origin and is noted for his high-quality production of the Mejorado variety.

History

Salinas planted his first coffee trees in 2016. He currently manages Finca Arashi, a 7-hectare farm that has grown to include approximately 22,000 trees.
