Eugene Altieri entered the coffee industry in 2005 after purchasing two farms in Boquete, initially without prior experience or knowledge of their specialty potential. Over the following years, the family transitioned from their previous business ventures to focus on developing the estate's reputation for award-winning coffee. Today, the operation encompasses two primary farms, Mima and Pipim, with eleven distinct plots.
