Arturo Aguirre Sr. and Arturo Aguirre Jr. are a father-son team who own and operate Finca El Injerto in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. They are recognized for their long-standing commitment to quality, sustainable farming, and pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee production.

Founded in 1874, the farm originally produced sugarcane, corn, beans, and tobacco before transitioning to coffee production around 1900. Under the leadership of the Aguirre family, the estate has become one of the most decorated coffee farms in Guatemala. They have maintained a long-standing Direct Trade partnership with roasters like Stumptown since 2003.
