Asprasar (Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios de Santa Rosa) is a coffee cooperative based in the southern Tolima region of Colombia. The organization supports over 80 smallholder farmers, focusing on high-quality production and providing technical assistance to its members.
History
Founded in 2016, the association operates in the Bilbao area of the Saldaña highlands. The cooperative was established to provide market access and technical support to local farmers, helping them improve their infrastructure for fermentation and drying.
