History

Montoya began her career with a small plot of an unknown variety that she later identified and named 'Chiroso' due to its slender bean shape. She gained international acclaim after winning the 2014 Colombian Cup of Excellence, which shifted buyer focus toward the Urrao region. Today, she continues to manage her farms, Los Pinos and Bella Vista, while overseeing processing stages to ensure high quality.
