Daye Bensa
Daye Bensa is a prominent Ethiopian coffee producer and exporter founded by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo. The company works with hundreds of smallholder farmers in the Sidama Bensa region to cultivate and process high-quality specialty coffee. They are recognized as one of Ethiopia's top coffee exporters, supplying coffee to over 25 countries.

Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo started the company with a single office and one washing station to address the lack of infrastructure for processing and marketing coffee in their region. Over time, they expanded their operations to include their own farms, such as Shantawene and Gatta, while partnering with thousands of smallholder out-growers. Their partnership with international roasters has grown significantly since 2020, leading to the development of experimental processing lots.
