Ernesto Menéndez is a prominent third-generation coffee producer based in El Salvador, recognized for his high-quality output at Finca Las Brumas. He is a highly decorated figure in the specialty coffee industry, known for his consistent success in international competitions and his commitment to meticulous farm management.

Ernesto inherited his first coffee farm at age 19 following his father's passing in 1995. Between 1999 and 2012, he gained professional experience working with major Salvadoran coffee companies including J. Hill & Co., JASAL S.A. de C.V., and Agroindustrias El Carmen. He has since dedicated himself fully to the cultivation of his own farms, including Finca Las Brumas.
