History

With over two decades of experience in the coffee industry, Mena has become a pioneer in the development of micro-mills and specialty coffee in Costa Rica. His farm, Sumava de Lourdes, was originally established as a coffee research center for the Costa Rican government, which provided a foundation for his focus on experimental varieties and processing techniques.
