Ernesto Perez and his sister, Givette Perez Orea, are third-generation coffee producers who manage Finca Fatima in Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico. They are dedicated to cultivating premium-quality coffee and are also active as coffee roasters.
History
After completing his education in Texas, Ernesto Perez returned to his family's farm to manage operations and implement new processing techniques. In 2023, the siblings expanded their agricultural footprint by acquiring a new property, Finca La Perla.
