Habtamu Fikadu
Habtamu Fikadu, often associated with the entity Kuri Mountain Coffee, is a prominent coffee producer and exporter based in Ethiopia. He operates through a network that includes his own farm and partnerships with hundreds of smallholder farmers across various regions, including Yirgacheffe, Jimma, and Guji.
History
The company, known as Habtamu Fekadu Aga or Kuri Mountain Coffee, was established in 2015. It has since expanded its reach to include 105 hectares of its own planting in Kuri kebele and manages a supply chain involving over 800 hectares of land, including farms of registered outgrowers. The business has gained international recognition through partnerships with various specialty coffee roasters.
