Iris Estate is a collaborative coffee project in Panama founded by Jamison Savage, Saśa Šestić, and Elvin Siew. The estate is managed by this trio of specialty coffee professionals who focus on high-altitude cultivation and innovative processing techniques to highlight the unique terroir of the Volcán region.

Established in 2017, the estate was created as a passion project by the three founders to explore the possibilities of coffee agriculture. Jamison Savage, an established producer known for Finca Deborah, leads the agricultural efforts, while Saśa Šestić brings his experience as a former World Barista Champion and Elvin Siew contributes his expertise in coffee technology and processing.
