History

Jose Jijon began his journey in coffee by helping his father, José Ignacio Jijon Freile, develop Finca Soledad from scratch. He later expanded his efforts to the high-altitude site of Fincas del Putushio in the Loja region. He continues to manage coffee production with a focus on high-elevation terroir and experimental processing.
