He manages his farm, Finca Cedruyoc, alongside his wife and is noted for his curiosity regarding fermentation techniques.
History
Operating out of the Yanatile region, Huillca has established himself as a top-tier producer in Cusco. Beyond his own farm, he works as an extension of the Valleinca organization, where he promotes organic farming and leads demonstration workshops on organic fertilization for local farmers.
