Shyira is a high-altitude coffee washing station located in the Nyabihu District of Rwanda, serving a cooperative of 943 to 1,869 small-holder farmers. The station is recognized for its extreme elevation, ranging from 1,850 to 2,300 meters above sea level, which creates a unique microclimate for specialty coffee production. Approximately 75% of the producers supplying the station are women.

The Shyira washing station was established in 2017 to expand the selling potential for local coffee growers in the region. It is currently led by Evariste Hagumimana in collaboration with Muraho Trading Co. The station was built to provide centralized processing infrastructure in a remote area where few other washing stations exist.
