The Asprasar cooperative, or Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios de Santa Rosa, consists of 79 farmers who cultivate coffee at elevations exceeding 1,700 meters. The organization supports its members through technical training, infrastructure for fermentation and drying, and market access. The cooperative features a specific women's committee that plays a significant role in the organization's operations.
