As a teenager, Yolanda left the coffee-growing regions to build a career and family in the city. After her daughter graduated from high school and began a career in the specialty coffee industry, Yolanda was inspired to return to her roots. She subsequently took over the family land and began renovating the farm to focus on specialty production.
