The couple manages a significant collection of farms, with Finca El Puente serving as their most prominent estate. Their operations are situated at high altitudes, typically ranging between 1,400 and 1,800 meters above sea level, across the Chinacla and Marcala regions. This diverse geography allows them to experiment with various micro-climates, which they leverage to produce a wide array of coffee cultivars, including Catuai, Geisha, Java, Pacamara, SL28, and Mokka.

In 2010, they were awarded third place in the SCAA 'Coffee of the Year' competition, further cementing their status as leaders in the specialty coffee sector.

Beyond their awards, the couple is recognized for their long-term partnerships with international roasters and importers, some of which have spanned over two decades.
