The West Guji Zone is a vital administrative and coffee-producing area situated in the southern part of Ethiopia’s Oromia region. For instance, coffee grown at the highest elevations in Guji often displays more concentrated, intense fruit characteristics, while coffee from slightly lower elevations may present a more balanced and accessible sweetness.
